Participants will learn to design, implement, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that directly support financial, operational, training, and customer objectives, grounded in advanced doctoral-based methodologies. The course provides a comprehensive exploration of the full KPI lifecycle: working with leadership to identify strategic objectives, selecting and defining meaningful, actionable metrics, mapping data flows, and establishing robust, reliable data sources.
Through hands-on workshops, participants will practice collecting, cleansing, and validating data from multiple organizational systems, applying statistical methods to ensure data quality and integrity.
